TERMS OF SALE
The offer and sale of products on " luliartbijoux.com " are governed by the following General Conditions of Sale.
The products purchased on "luliartbijoux.com" are made by Elena Buttarelli and sold directly by Elena Buttarelli, headquarters in Via dei Raschi 22, 23022 Chiavenna (SO) Italy CF BTTLNE87P58F205O, VAT number IT08835960967, REA code 76024.
1.1) These General Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the offer, forwarding and acceptance of purchase orders for products on "luliartbijoux.com" between users of the "luliartbijoux.com" site and the Seller.
1.2 ) Through "luliartbijoux.com" the Seller offers the products for sale and carries out its e-commerce activity exclusively towards its end users who are "consumers", or any natural person who acts for purposes not related to their commercial activity , entrepreneurial or professional, possibly carried out.
The Seller therefore reserves the right not to process orders from subjects other than the "consumer" or in any case to orders that do not comply with its commercial policy.
CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CONSUMER AND THE SELLER
The consumer who intends to place a purchase order for one or more products on "luliartbijoux.com", in order to conclude the purchase contract must complete the order form in electronic format and send it to the Seller, electronically, following the related instructions.
• The order form contains a reference to these General Conditions of Sale and the Information on the Right of Withdrawal, as well as a summary of the information on the essential characteristics of each product ordered and the relative price (including all applicable taxes or duties if provided), the means of payment accepted and the methods of delivery of the products purchased, the shipping and delivery costs, the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal and the methods and times for returning the products purchased.

• The contract is concluded when the Seller receives, electronically, the order form and the payment confirmation.
• Once the contract has been concluded and payment received, the Seller will take charge of the purchase order.

• The Seller reserves the right not to process purchase orders that are suspicious, incomplete or incorrect, that do not give sufficient guarantees of solvency or in the event of unavailability of the products. In these cases, the seller will inform the consumer by e-mail that the contract has not been concluded and that the seller has not followed up on the purchase order.
• If the products presented on "luliartbijoux.com" are no longer available or on sale at the time of the last access to the site or when the order form is sent, the Seller will be responsible for notifying the consumer of any unavailability of the products ordered . In case of forwarding the order form and payment of the price, the Seller will refund the relative sum, without being required to pay any further compensation.

If the missing information or information that does not comply with the description of the product ordered prevents the realization of the object, the seller will refund the entire amount of the order. If, on the other hand, the missing or dubious correctness information allows the creation of the objects but not their safe shipment, the seller reserves the right to withhold the goods and their amount indefinitely at the aforementioned headquarters in Chiavenna (SO). including shipping costs.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal, pursuant to art. 5 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 186/99, is not applicable to customized or made-to-measure products. The right of withdrawal applies within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, it is also valid if the goods have manufacturing problems. Peculiarities of the object described and anticipated on its own description page on "luliartbijoux.com" are not recognized as manufacturing problems .
However, "luliartbijoux.com" remains available to resolve any errors (fixing, suggestions on how to proceed).
If there are proven manufacturing defects, the customer may exercise the right of withdrawal on all goods purchased at www.luliartbijoux.com according to the following rules:
to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a communication stating this intention, within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, by email to info@luliartbijoux.com.
Upon receipt of the notice of withdrawal, "luliartbijoux.com" will communicate the methods for returning the goods via e-mail. The shipping costs for returning the goods are charged to the customer.
The goods must be returned intact in all its parts and with the original packaging not tampered with. In case of return of damaged goods, the right of withdrawal and therefore of reimbursement cannot be exercised by the customer.
"luliartbijoux.com" reserves the right to refuse returns that are not authorized or that do not comply with all the stipulated conditions.
After verifying the integrity of the returned product, "luliartbijoux.com" will refund the customer the full amount initially paid, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days from the date of return shipment of the goods.
If the customer has placed an order online and completed the payment by credit card or paypal and has not yet received the goods, he has the right to cancel the order within 14 days by notifying the merchant via email at info@luliartbijoux.com.

PAYMENTS
The methods of payment of the price of the products and the related shipping and delivery costs are indicated in the relevant PAYMENT AND SHIPPING section and form an integral part of these Terms of Sale.
SHIPMENT
• The shipment of the products ordered on "luliartbijoux.com" takes place by express courier GLS or SDA..
• Delivery times include working days only and do not include weekends and holidays.
• A supplement may be required for Livigno, Campione d'Italia, Venice, disadvantaged localities and smaller islands.
• In the event of non-delivery due to unavailability, an "absent" or "unknown" recipient and incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, a second shipment will be made free of charge. After two attempts, the parcel will go into storage, releasing a stock has a cost of €10 which will be charged to the customer.
